Information we handle
We process account details such as your email address, display name, and optional profile image. We also store the records you choose to enter: amounts, dates, income or expense type, categories, optional notes, and currency preference.
ExpenseManager does not connect to your bank, read payment cards, show advertising, or include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, synchronize records across devices, calculate totals and reports, provide search and exports, support offline access, prevent abuse, and respond to support or deletion requests. We do not sell or rent personal or financial information.
Storage and providers
Supabase provides hosted authentication and PostgreSQL database services. Google processes sign-in information only when you choose Google sign-in. Data transmitted between the application and these services uses HTTPS.
Security and offline access
Database access controls are designed so each signed-in user can access only their own records. ExpenseManager keeps an AES-GCM encrypted local cache so previously synchronized records remain available offline. No security method is perfect, so protect your device and credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleting your account removes the active authentication account, transactions, categories, and preferences. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily under provider backup practices. Signing out clears ExpenseManager's local account cache from that device; uninstalling removes remaining local application data.
Your choices
You can review and edit transactions and categories, export transactions, sign out, and permanently delete your account from Account & Privacy. See the public account-deletion instructions if you need guidance.
Children and changes
ExpenseManager is a general-audience budgeting tool and is not directed to children under 13. Supabase or Google may process information outside your country under their safeguards. This policy may be updated as the application or its providers change; the effective date will be revised and material changes communicated through the application or website.
