Delete your account
ExpenseManager includes a permanent in-app deletion control. Deleting your account removes its associated application records and cannot be undone.
In-app deletion
Four steps, completed from your account.
- 1Open ExpenseManagerSign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Go to Account & PrivacyOpen it from the application navigation.
- 3Choose Delete accountRead the permanent-deletion warning carefully.
- 4Confirm deletionThe app revokes active sessions and deletes the account records.
Opens ExpenseManager. Sign in to the account you want to remove if prompted.
Cannot sign in?
Recover access first.
Use password recovery on the ExpenseManager sign-in screen. If access still fails, contact us from the email address associated with the account.

What deletion covers.
- Supabase authentication account and active sessions
- ExpenseManager profile and currency preference
- User-created and account-owned categories
- Associated income and expense transactions
Device and backups
Local data and temporary copies
Signing out clears ExpenseManager's local account cache on that device, and uninstalling removes remaining local application data. Limited backup copies may persist temporarily under infrastructure-provider retention practices before expiring.
Final reminder
Deletion cannot be reversed.
The account, categories, preferences, and transactions cannot be restored through ExpenseManager after deletion.
